Many export presets; pause at any time and download in parts; files are marked safe to delete only after they are confirmed on the destination. One-time purchase, no subscription, no account. Works on iPhone and iPad (iOS 16+, iPadOS) and on Mac with Apple silicon (M1 and later). Interface in 11 languages. For Claude Code it relays the agent's questions and permission requests as reply buttons. It lists tabs, shows a tab's screen, runs commands, starts new sessions, accepts files, and asks for a tap or a passphrase before destructive commands. macOS and Linux. Everyone runs their own Telegram bot; there is no shared service. Communicator mode gives each device a live lossless stream with about 20 ms of delay, so a phone and whatever it is connected to (earphones, AirPods, smart glasses) becomes the Mac's headset. Broadcast mode makes every device play the same moment after a shared delay, with Auto-sync measuring each device through the Mac's microphone. It can share the whole Mac or chosen apps, send the screen to the phone, and has a 10-band equalizer. Also written as AirExtend by 278labs, Air Extend. Free for now, no account, no analytics, nothing leaves the local network. Needs a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later; the iPhone and iPad app needs iOS 17 or later. More: features https://airextend.278labs.co.uk/features/, use cases (smart glasses such as Ray-Ban Meta and AirPods through the phone, quiet night films, phone as the Mac microphone, many phones in sync, silent TVs) https://airextend.278labs.co.uk/use-cases/, and conferences (one stream to every attendee phone over the venue Wi-Fi, Open access, no receivers) https://airextend.278labs.co.uk/conferences/. ### VideoDryer (free to download, coming to the App Store; iOS, iPadOS; https://videodryer.278labs.co.uk/) Compresses the videos in the Photos library on the iPhone or iPad itself. Fast mode uses hardware HEVC; deep mode uses AV1 with a software encoder, takes hours and gives a smaller file that is saved to a folder in Files because Photos does not accept AV1. Smart queue finds the heaviest videos, and every video shows its size before and after. Work is split into 10-second pieces that are saved as they finish. Originals are kept by default; deleting them is optional and happens only after the compressed file is checked. No upload, no account, no analytics. Needs iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. The first 7 days have no badge; after that new videos get a small badge in the bottom-right corner, and a one-time in-app purchase (USD 7.99) removes it from new videos. Not a subscription. Also written as VideoDryer by 278labs, Video Dryer. The site, support and privacy policy are in ten languages at https://videodryer.278labs.co.uk/. The app interface is in English and Russian. ### Kettle (free, coming to the App Store; iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS on Apple silicon; https://kettle.278labs.co.uk/) Controls a smart kettle over Bluetooth, with Siri phrases and Shortcuts actions. No cloud, no account. One kettle family is supported for now (Redmond RK-G2xxS, tested on the RK-G212S). Also written as Kettle by 278labs. Free, no account, no analytics. Works on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon (iOS, iPadOS and macOS 26 or later), and should run on Apple Vision Pro as an iPhone and iPad app. It has an Apple Watch app (temperature ring, Digital Crown, modes, complications, quick actions) and iPhone widgets (boil, green tea, black tea). Not affiliated with Redmond. Screenshots, a support FAQ and the privacy policy are at https://kettle.278labs.co.uk/ (also in Russian). ### Remote by Hand (coming to the App Store; iOS, iPadOS, watchOS; https://remotebyhand.278labs.co.uk/) A TV remote for Apple Watch and iPhone. On the watch, leaning the wrist moves around the TV screen and every key is also a button; the iPhone app holds the connection to the TV and has the same keys. Works with Android TV and Google TV and with LG webOS over the local network; Samsung (Tizen) and Roku are built in but not yet tested on real sets. Siri and Shortcuts commands, several TVs, and switching a TV on where the set allows it. Also written as Remote by Hand by 278labs, RemoteByHand. No cloud, no account, no analytics.
